PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE
Together with our Municipal Health Officer, Mrs Cheryl Mae De Castro, Mayor Riza R. Peralta personally attended the turnover ceremony of the Patient Transport Vehicles last March 25, 2024. This program is an initiative of President Ferdinand “Bong Bong” Marcos Jr and the PCSO through the institution’s General Manager Melequiades “Mel” Robles to assist Local Governments in expanding their health services to the people. Municipal Mayor Riza R. Peralta and the Sangguniang Bayan led by Vice Mayor Philipp G. Peralta initiated the request for the additional unit to augment the capacity of the LGU in extending ambulance service to emergency and patient transport services.
The Patient Transport Vehicle was officially donated by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to the Local Government Unit of Balungao after GM Melquiades “Mel” Robels, general manager of the PCSO, and Mayor Riza Peralta signed the Memorandum of Agreement.
