BALANGAY SEAL OF EXCELLENCE IS AWARDED TO MUNICIPALITY OF BALUNGAO

Yesterday in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Mayor Maria Theresa R. Peralta proudly received our Balangay Seal of Excellence award for the Municipality of Balungao for clearing all its twenty (20) Barangays from the menace of illegal drugs through the implementation of Barangay Drug Clearing Program. The Balangay Seal of Excellence is the highest recognition given by PDEA to implementers of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program through the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council.
Congratulations to all the people behind this succcess. Our town is drug-free and let’s keep it that way.
