ORIENTATION FOR THE FUELWOOD PROGRAM BY THE NATIONAL TOBACCO ADMINISTRATION

 
Tobacco as one of the major agriculture product of our town, this project aims to help our agriculture sector by restoring the ecological integrity of our tobacco crops, provide adequate supply of the fuelwood energy, provide watershed factor to replenish fresh water used by household and for irrigation, and promote the development/creation of cooperative agri-business enterprises for the tobacco
farmers.
We thank our guests; Mr. Nestor C. Casela of NTA Central Office; Ms. Alma G. Toralba and Mr. Roger T. Madriaga of NTA Pangasinan Branch; Mr. Henssa G. Elasco of DENRO Pangasinan; Mr. Gerry A. Magtingin, Ms. Sairelyn Mae Sitam, and Ms. Berlina S. Corzon of DENRO Pangasinan; they are joined by our Municipal Vice Mayor Philipp G. Peralta, Councilor Roderick Soriano, Presidents and Members of different agriculture associations of Balungao, and the Municipal Agriculture Office headed by Ms. Regina O. Oliveros.
We will continue to provide more strategies and projects that are good for our farmers and the environment.
