Community Outreach Program and Medical Mission in Partnership with Philippine Red Cross Urdaneta City Branch happened yesterday, June 30, 2023 at Brgy. Annam, Umingan, Pangasinan.
PRC Chairman and Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta led the PRC Team as well as RC143 Volunteers, together with the 104 Philippine Maneuver Company with their Company Commander PCPT Ralph Rexon L. Layug, PNP Balungao Personnel headed by PMAJ Jimmy Paningbatan, BFP members headed by SFO4 Harry Carig, and Uniformed Personnel from Umingan, Pangasinan.
The Outreach Program was assisted by the Barangay Officials of Annam, Umingan headed by their Brgy. Captain Hon. Rosemarie Fulgosino.
