Tourism infrastructure Development is still the biggest priority of the local government. The new building facility through the assistance of the Abono Partylist Representative, Hon. Conrado M. Estrella III, and other development projects at the Hot & Cold Springs Resort and the Balungao Hilltop Adventure has brought new excitement to local tourists and employment opportunities to locals.

To infuse our town with new energy and social and economic activity, construction of new market stall buildings at Balungao & San Leon Public Markets has boosted the economic growth of our municipality. It also provides economic opportunity to our constituents.
