The Local Government of Balungao celebrates our annual Araw ng Kalayaan. The event was hosted by the elementary and secondary teachers headed by Ms. Mildred Espiritu. We also thank our Municipal Mayor Maria Theresa R. Peralta, Municipal Vice Mayor Philipp G. Peralta, Municipal Councilors, LGU Employees, Tri Bureau, Students, and the General Public for joining the event.
