(BJMP) conducted an Alternative Learning System (ALS) program for inmates

On July 17, 2025, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) conducted an Alternative Learning System (ALS) program for inmates in Balungao, Pangasinan, aimed at providing educational opportunities and life skills to persons deprived of liberty.
The event was graced by Municipal Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta, who continues to show strong support for inclusive education and rehabilitation programs. Through this initiative, BJMP reaffirms its commitment to second chances, transformation, and hope for a better future.
