Health Caravan and Outreach Programs in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Pangasinan Chapter and Red Cross 143 Volunteers from LGU Balungao, Pangasinan under the leadership of Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta, Chairman-PRC Pangasinan Chapter.
The provision of relief goods, and medical kits to typhoon victims in Cagayan and all the barangays in Balungao, Pangasinan during the pandemic, and the recent medical mission at Sitio Kabayabasan, San Felipe East, San Nicolas, Pangasinan.
