The Government Service Issurance System awarded the Local Government Unit of Balungao as Top Performing Agency.
Mayor Riza Rodriguez-Peralta, together with Sir Edel Bill Gancinia, and Sir Bolivar Mina also received meritorious awards from GSIS.
Members from GSIS Dagupan Branch, headed by their Branch Manager Ma’am Mabel A. De Guzman officiated the awarding, together with Ma’am Mylene Caronongan, Division Chief-Billing Collection and Reconciliation Division, and their Staff Officers.
