The BAC will issue Bid Documents only to Prospective Bidders upon payment of nonrefundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) to the Local Government of Balungao Cashier. Bid Security shall be in accordance with R.A. 9184 Section 27.
The Local Government of Balungao (LGU-Balungao) assumes no responsibilities whatsoever compensate or indemnity Bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
