The Local Government Unit of Balungao under the leadership of Mayor Riza Rodriguez Peralta in collaboration with Philippine Red Gross – Pangasinan Chapter organized a Mobile Blood Donation Last June 18, 2024.
According to studies, donating blood is a also beneficial to the donor since it helps increase the donor’s mental and physical health, and during the process, the donor undergoes screening that also serves as health examination.
The activity was able to accumulate 58 bags of bloods that would be directly kept in the PRC’s Blood Bank, and maybe be used for saving lives.
