STEPS IN SECURING MOTORCYCLE FRANCHISE

1. Barangay Clearance
2. Membership Form from Tricycle and Operators Association of Balungao
3. Xerox Copies of Cetificate of Registration and Official Receipt form L.T.O

• Submit the requirement to any of the Franchising Officers (Mr. Nonieto Vino, Mrs. Cecile Mae Doculan& Mrs. Melinda Arlantico )
• Inspect the Tricyle oif the following is Present and in Good Condition.

1. Flasher
2. Backlight / Tail Lights
3. Chassis / Motor Number
4. Side Mirror
5. Head Light
6. Franchise Number
7. Trash Bin

• Wait for the Franchise Form to by Type (Mr. Nonieto Vino, Mrs. Cecile Mae Doculan& Mrs. Melinda Arlantico )
• Proceed to the Office of the Mayor for Approval and Signature (Mayor Jose G. Peralta Jr.)
• Proceed to the Treasurer’s Office for he payment of Franchise Fees(Mr. Nonieto Vino, Mrs. Cecile Mae Doculan& Mrs. Melinda Arlantico )
• Issuance of the Franchise Form, Franchise Plate Number (If new) and Sticker of the Current Year.
