INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Balungao, through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the hereunder contract
Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment listed in the Eligibility Forms available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility.
Checks/Screening as we; as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contracts shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Bidding Documents shall be available to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount prescribed based on the Approved Budget Contract (ABC). Payment shall be made at the Treasury Office during regular office hours.Upon presentation of the official receipt of payment, prospective bidders may secure the complete set of Bidding Documents from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at 2/f Municipal Hall.
The Municipality of Balungao reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept such bids as maybe considered most responsive and advantageous to the government.The Municipality of Balungao assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
