A Local government unit (LGU) that has successfully passed the annual Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) by achieving an 80% passing rate on its implementation of programs for children.

Passing this audit allows the LGU to receive the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) and be recognized for its commitment to children’s rights and welfare.
